"Beeline" followed by "MegaFon" will raise the prices for roaming.

Cellular phone operator VimpelCom, operating under the brand name Beeline, has decided to increase the value February 17, international roaming services, the report says the company.
For a variety of fronts rise in prices will be different, but in particular to the European roaming tariffs will rise by about twenty percent, RIA News. The difference will depend on whether the currency is calculated by the company partners.
Earlier on the decision to raise the cost of international roaming with 10 Feb, 2009 reported "Megaphone." The main reason for changes in prices of steel, as in the case of "Beeline" sharp fluctuations in exchange rates. It is assumed that the "Megaphone" will enhance roaming tariffs by an average of 25 percent.
The only operator which has not yet taken a decision on raising prices for international roaming, is MTS.
