The court will consider the claim founders Mac-clones against Apple.

The creators of Mac-clones have accused Apple of violating antitrust laws.
The judge emphasized that Psystar has the right to amend its claim. In particular, further accuse Apple of abusing the law on the protection of copyright in connection with obstruction installing Mac OS X computers to third-party manufacturers. Previously, Psystar lawyers said such a possibility.
Recall that in July 2008, Apple sued the Psystar, alleging the latest in a copyright infringement notice. A month later, Psystar filed a countersuit, accusing Apple of monopolism. In November, Psystar suit was dismissed for lack of evidence. After the amendments, this claim was re-introduced by the court in mid-December.
Apple made changes to its initial claim to Psystar. Currently Mac-clone manufacturer additionally accused of burglary anti-piracy protection of the operating system, Mac OS X, which violates the U.S. Copyright Act (DMCA).
In addition, Apple believes that in addition to Psystar still can occur up to ten figures. Who is not reported. We know only that they may be companies or private persons involved in a violation of copyright Apple. There is currently no evidence that the establishment of the company Psystar is relevant anybody, except the brothers Pedraza (Pedraza) from South Florida.
