The company has released five new AMD processor family Phenom II. Among them, the first trehyadernye chips made in compliance with 45-nanometer production methods. That was reported by IDG News.
Trehyadernye Phenom II X3 processors 720 and 710 operate at a frequency of 2.8 and 2.6 GHz respectively. A more powerful Phenom II X3 720 is 145 dollars for a chip for the purchase of thousands of processors. Phenom II X3 710 will cost 20 dollars cheaper.
Quad-core Phenom II X4 910, 810 and 805 are also manufactured in compliance with 45-nanometer production methods. Working frequency of the first two chips is equal to 2.6 gigahertz. Phenom II X4 805 operates at a frequency of 2.5 gigahertz. The amount of cache memory of the third processor Phenom II X4 910 is equal to eight megabytes.
