Sony has developed a 21-inch OLED-TV.

A prototype 21-inch OLED-TV Sony displays vivid colors and juicy, but the specifications are not known. Beginning TV sales also were reported.
Currently, the only serial OLED-TV is the Sony XEL-1. Diagonal of the screen is 11 inches. It is sold in the U.S. and Japan for the 2,5 and 1,8 thousand dollars, respectively.
Currently, a number of companies produce OLED-screens for mobile devices. OLED-TV announced only a few producers. In particular, Sony, Samsung, LG and Panasonic.
OLED-TVs are a number of advantages over LCD and plasma panels. For example, they are thin, consume less power and emit light. However, the production of OLED-TVs is very expensive.
