According to Psystar, Apple violates the common practice of trade, which allows you to resell the purchased goods. Psystar notes that buying Mac OS X Leopard for their computers lawful manner, and, hence, they can resell.
Apple filed a lawsuit against Psystar in July, accusing it of copyright infringement. Psystar has filed a counterclaim in a month. After some time, the judge ordered the Psystar deleted from the text of the suit charges, which refers to the violation of antitrust laws by Apple. It was expected that hearings would begin in full in April 2009.
