MegaFon has applied to sell Tsifrograda.

Russian mobile operator MegaFon filed with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) application for the purchase of up to 100 percent of the shares of retail network Tsifrograd, "writes the newspaper" Vedomosti ".
